| This grove of redwoods contains approximately 5,000 acres. It is dedicated as a monument to the vision and generosity of the members of the Garden Club of America. The creek is a winter spawning stream for salmon and steelhead. After crossing the creek, you will enter an old-growth redwood forest with some large Douglas fir trees. This trail no longer crosses the creek, and no longer makes a complete loop. Older maps may be inaccurate. | |
